- Site Administrator
- We are recruiting for an Administrator to support a small team providing general admin and payroll support to site.
- Hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally 08:30-17:00
- Duties:
- To provide accurate and efficient administrative support for site as required.
- Clear daily Time and attendance staff exceptions and update records with absences.
- Update HR and absence records, staff database, rotas and etc.
- Update and maintain training records for site.
- Conduct weekly Agency payroll checks and raise any discrepancies with Agency contacts. To complete agency weekly breakdown reports and Site weekly costings sheet.
- Raising requests with teams to update pay/ charge/ peak incentive/ job types
- Responsible for ensuring adequate levels of site consumables are held including stationery, uniform, PPE and cleaning supplies.
- Maintaining Agency Access cards log and providing door access cards for site.
- Raising PO’s
- Dealing with suppliers (requesting price quotes, reporting shortages, or missed items). Liaising with Accounts Payable team regards suppliers’ payment queries
- Provide general administration support to the HR/Finance department and Site such as, scanning, filing, meeting room bookings, stationary ordering, arranging buffet lunches, car and hotel bookings, First Aid course bookings and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- And many more.- Proven experience within a similar admin role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work individually under own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communicator across several boundaries
- Team player
