**Role overview**

We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisorto ensure that all customers and visitors are greeted, both personally and over the telephone in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner and to make sure they are put in touch with the person they wish or need to deal with, as quickly as possible

**Key responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as a Customer Experience Advisorbe:

- To identify a customer upon arrival, greeting the customer by name, confirming there reason for visit
- To answer and deal with telephone calls quickly and efficiently, ensuring all calls are qualified correctly. Where appropriate provide information to customers or introduce to relevant personnel.
- To greet customers and visitors in a friendly manner, introduce them to the person they have come to see and/or look to progress their enquiry until that person becomes available, offering refreshments where appropriate.
- To maintain the sales handover diary
- To present and demonstrate our products and services.
- To keep the showroom area tidy, make sure used cups and rubbish are removed from the area.
- Ad-hoc duties such as checking in and carrying out appraisals of service customers vehicles during drop off and collection. Appraise and test drive the customer’s part exchange vehicle at point of handover.
- To notify the relevant personnel of any parcels or deliveries,
- To ensure Showroom housekeeping is adhered to at all times.
