Customer Service and Incident Advisor

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Service and Incident Advisor to join our team at Venn Group in Watford.

This role is responsible for managing customer orders, cash processes, and delivery of products to commercial customers across the EMEA region. You will also be dealing with technical emergencies and enquiries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient customer service via phone and email
  • Manage customer orders from entry to billing, including sending and following up on quotations and pre-payment documents
  • Open, update, and manage tickets/cases in our system for each customer enquiry, liaising with other departments as needed
  • Respond effectively to customer queries and resolve complaints, raising credits and debits as necessary

Working Hours:

  • Variable shifts, including early and late shifts, with a mix of office and home working

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken Polish, with a professional level of proficiency
  • Experience in customer services, with a focus on order management and technical support
