**Job description**

NADclinic is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and highly skilled individual to join our clinic in Central London Marylebone.

The core of the company is to deliver a high-end experience to NADclinic customers, our specialty area is intravenous (IV) therapy, in clinic and out call visits/on demand.

The Administrator will be working from our London flagship clinic alongside medical members and support staff. You will provide detailed information to prospect queries and respond to leads via phone, social media and web site.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Carrying out administrative duties for the medical team
- Answering incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Providing accurate information to callers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Booking and logging client medical appointments
- Liaising with various departments
- Liaise with Clinic staff and Business team regarding any enquiry related to pre-orders and restocks of specific products
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Report to the Ecommerce team any technical issue that customers flag regarding our website
- Administration for the marketing and sales teams

**Requirement**:

- Previous experience in a medical sales related position is preferred
- Previous customer service experience/call centre experience preferably from the medical industry
- Have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Very organised and great attention to detail
- Great team player
- Very professional and with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Salary**: 20,000-25,000

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
