**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 1-2-1 football coaching sessions with players, focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
- Assess player strengths and weaknesses to create customized training plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players during training sessions to facilitate improvement and enhance performance.
- Develop training drills, exercises, and practice routines to target specific areas for improvement, such as ball control, passing, shooting, and defending.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages player confidence, motivation, and enjoyment of the game.
- Monitor player progress over time and adjust coaching strategies as necessary to maximize development and achievement.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff to ensure clear understanding of training objectives and expectations.
- Stay current with football coaching methodologies, techniques, and trends through ongoing professional development and education.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a football coach, preferably with a focus on 1-2-1 coaching.
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, tactics, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
- Passion for player development and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards coaching and mentoring.
- Valid coaching certifications and credentials from recognized football associations or governing bodies (e.g., UEFA, FA, NSCAA).
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate player schedules.
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate players of all skill levels
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Passion for the game of football and a commitment to player development

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
