**Job Summary**

First Kick Football was developed to provide children of all abilities with fun football experiences. Using the UK’s passion for sport, First Kick look to develop each child, delivering experiences and memories that will last for a lifetime.

The programmes are delivered by coaches of the highest quality and those that make sessions enjoyable for all primary school aged children that attend First Kick sessions.

Programmes include:

- Evening football development sessions
- Multi-sport holiday clubs during school holidays

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assist Head Coaches with the delivery of sessions.
- Assist with health and safety aspects of First Kick programmes
- Work positively in accordance with our Equal Opportunities Policy
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.

**Essential qualifications, skills, and abilities**
- FA Coaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- DBS Certification (can be attained through First Kick)
- Available for evening work
- Outgoing, fun personality
- Confident working both individually and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about football coaching

**Desirable qualifications, skills, and abilities**:

- First Aid & Safeguarding Certifications
- Full UK drivers Licence
- A team player
- Ability to put customers first.
- Flexible
- Managing Self /Relationships
- Other NGB coaching qualifications (or willingness to work towards)

**How to apply**:
**Please note this job is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 3-9 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Football coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- FA/UEFA qualification (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
