Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' skills and performance
- Teach players the rules, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Provide guidance and support to players both on and off the field
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football
- Strong knowledge of the game of football, including rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Patience and a positive attitude when working with athletes of all skill levels
- Strong organizational skills to plan practices, games, and team activities effectively
- Ability to educate athletes on sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Football coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
