**The Role and Responsibilities of our Support Team Lead**

We are seeking a versatile Support Team Lead with some experience in technical support. You should have an interest in technology, the ability to troubleshoot is essential and have a good understanding of customer service.
- Manage day-to-day operations of a Google Cloud support team
- Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
- Build and develop strong customer relationships
- Troubleshoot and resolve support queries
- Ensure that all SLAs are met
- Provide support and assistance to all Netpremacy staff
- Liaise with Account Managers with specific requests for customers
- Onboarding new Support customers
- Identify issues within/not within scope of support and escalate if necessary

**Skills Required of our Support Team Lead**
- Good general technology knowledge/experience
- Customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adopt and work with new technologies
- Motivation to learn new skills and technology
- Good time management skills
- Complex problem solving
- Worked a similar support role previously

**Desired but not essential (achievable in the role)**:

- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Admin console
- Google Workspace Administrator Certification
- Experience in using Zendesk
- Google Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification
