**Payroll & Accounts Administrator - L/Derry - Permanent**

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a fresh challenge and a role offering variety?

**Employee Benefits**:

- Full training will be provided where necessary

**You will play a key role within the payroll and accounts team. Duties will include**:

- Processing and maintenance of client payrolls using BrightPay software
- Calculation of statutory payments including maternity pay, holiday pay, sick pay etc.
- Auto-enrolment of employees to pension schemes
- Assist with accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, summarising and analysing financial information using Excel and inputting onto accounting software
- Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance stage or further
- Completion of VAT Returns
- Maintenance of client book-keeping records using either Sage Line 50 or Microsoft Excel

**What experience do you need?**
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience processing payroll
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent to include English & Maths
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
