- Full-timeDue to continued success, our reputable and well established manufacturing Client in the Coleraine area, is keen to appoint a HR Assistant. This is a new, permanent HR administration job working within a busy HR function.

The successful HR Assistant will report to the HR Business Partner and support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service.

Advisor will act as a key influencer within the HR team and across the site.

The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across a wide variety of HR activities - recruitment, inductions, training, payroll, employee relations, HR projects

This is a really varied HR administration opportunity and a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career.

**The Role**
- Record, organise and maintain the administration of HR activities and data
- Create, maintain and update all relevant employee personal data
- Support the HR team and monitoring officer to complete the Equality Commission monitoring requirements
- Undertake administrative activities linked to the employee lifecycle - new starts, internal movers and leavers, preparation of offer packs, arranging occupational health checks, processing invoices, creating personnel files etc
- Assist the HR team in coordinating interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, create interview schedules, prepare interview packs and represent the HR department on interview panels where appropriate
- Support the HR team in meeting audit standards by maintaining the site’s training matrix, ensuring all personnel and training files are complete and up to date
- Arrange inductions for new starts and deliver HR inductions as required
- Assist with weekly payroll preparation and provide payroll cover when required
- Alongside the HR and Payroll team members, act as a key point of contact for enquiries
- Use the HR systems to provide relevant reports as required

**The Person**
- 3rd level education
- Associate CIPD level 3 would be desirable
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year HR/Recruitment administration experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
