Main duties of the job
Improve engagement with Junior Doctors at the organisation
Help to raise the voice of Junior Doctors in the organisation
Work towards achieving the goal of North Manchester becoming the best centre for Junior Doctor experience within the region
Act as a voice for Junior Doctors in organisational decision-making
Personal development for MDLF leadership and change-management skills
Provide opportunity for MDLF to undertake post-graduate qualifications
Play an active role as part of the Junior Doctors Leadership Group (JDLG)
Work one day per week in a clinical role
