- We have an exciting opportunity to join the Westmorland and Furness Family Hub Team.
- This role is an excellent opportunity to join our newly created team and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individual to provide a high level of community engagement to enable delivery of the programmes of work.
- **About this opportunity**
- The post holder will work with partner organisations, stakeholders, families, young people and communities to ensure the Family Hub service is built on the needs of the community. To work with communities and partners to understand, reduce and eliminate barriers to engagement with Family Hubs and to use your expertise to help build on and develop the service. To be the face of the Family Hub, providing a warm, safe and welcoming space to families and to create a community ‘spirit’, with Family Hubs at the heart.

- The right candidiate will have previous experience working in this sector and a good understandng of the services provided by the Children’s Services Directorate, as well as experience working with other agencies and partners to improve outcomes for Children and Young People.
