**The Opportunity**
Due to our continuing success story, we’re now recruiting a Construction SHE Lead.
The Construction SHE Lead will be responsible for providing portfolio and project level construction SHE support to the site project teams in accordance with applicable legislation, px policies and procedures, industry best practice and project level execution strategies.

The Construction SHE Lead will champion a positive, professional SHE culture in all interactions with px employees, customers, contractors & visitors, ensuring everyone is aware of personal responsibilities to maintain the safety & well-being of themselves, colleagues, the environment around them, and thus the business.

They will lead, manage, engage, and develop assigned personnel to deliver roles and responsibilities whilst supporting px Engineering in its assigned areas of responsibility including as Principal Designer & Principal Contractor under CDM 2015.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years relevant EPC/EPCm experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Support the management of the project under CDM 2015 as the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor
- Support tender bid evaluation process
- Develop and communicate Construction Phase Plans (CDM 2015)
- Delivery of health and safety management on a portfolio and project level
- Assemble/report weekly statistics to monitor and evaluate Health, Safety & Environmental performance
- Lead incident investigations and establish root cause analysis to report and share learning
- Development, review, and input into Safe Working Practices and RAMS
