**Reports To**: Head of Design & Development, you will be assisting with all Production Administration

**Title: Production** Administrator

Our client is a premium mens and womenswear fashion brand reknowned throughout the UK and Internationally for their timeless, modern pieces worn by celebrities and royals alike. We are looking for a temporary administrator to help a busy team on a part -time, ongoing basis.

**We are looking for a motivated team player who is highly organised and will thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our production team.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Regular liaising with internal departments within the business to communicate production requirements
- Daily communication with international suppliers.
- Creating purchase orders in Excel
- Chasing and reviewing order confirmations

Data input / Data processing / Data Analysing
- Chasing and reviewing delivery dates for all production orders
- PO tracking and management; following orders from PO to warehouse
- Regular and effective communication with direct team on updates and issues
- General admin support to the production team
- PLM Admin
- Team playing
- Have some previous experience in a similar role
- Basic to intermediate level in Excel
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to multi-task.
- Highly organised with a flawless attention to detail
- Forward-thinking
- Natural problem solver
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Work calmly under pressure
- Show excellent initiative to find solutions to all tasks

**Schedule: 2 - 3 days a week between**Monday to Friday, Office based.
