**Fulfilment Supervisor - (Not-Another-Bill Corporate / Bespoke-ly)**

We are looking for a Fulfilment Supervisor within the rapidly-growing fulfilment team for Not-Another-Bill and Bespokely

**About us**:
Our focus is to create truly unique gifting experiences for our customers and corporate clients. Our fulfilment team works to personalise, pack and dispatch orders for both customers of our online store, Not-Another-Bill, and our corporate clients purchasing through Bespokely.
- **The role;**_

In this role you will manage the fulfilment team whilst personalising, packing and dispatching orders. In addition to this the role is a mixture of practical, creative and operational tasks; you will be a natural multitasker with great attention to detail.
- **Key responsibilities**_
- Prioritising and delegating tasks to the fulfilment team to ensure all orders are completed to a high standard and dispatched quickly._
- Maintaining clear communication with the management team and running daily meetings with the fulfilment team to ensure all operations run smoothly._
- Responsible for compiling stock for customers orders by selecting the correct products and quality controlling all personalisation._
- Oversing the dispatch of customer orders using Zenstores and other courier portals, with regular spot checks to ensure no shipment is missed._
- Understanding courier timing and ensuring all orders are dispatched in time to meet client and customer needs._
- Developing a clear understanding of how to personalise products using the hot foil, engraving, UV paint and engraving machines._
- Assisting the HR manager in running employee reviews and giving ad-hoc feedback_
- Assisting the management team in training and supporting new staff members on fulfilment._
- Impeccable eye for detail, focussed on perfecting tasks and bringing any potential errors within production to the attention of the management team._

- **About you**:_

You have experience managing a team and are looking for a new challenge in a fast growing company. You’ll be fantastic at motivating and developing the skill set of junior team members. You are motivated to progress within E-commerce and will bring forward thinking creative solutions to our team. You have a passion for gifting and creating a bespoke and personalised experience. You stay calm and level headed under pressure, able to manage your time to the highest degree and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Previous experience within a supervisory role is essential.

- **Hours**:_

45 hour per week (9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday)

Pay:
£24,000 - £27,000
