We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Woolwich location. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the safe storage and efficient movement of goods in accordance with industry standards and company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive all goods inwards and ensure accurate documentation and recording.
- Dispatch goods from the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Safely store all products in compliance with BWCA, Health and Safety standards, and company guidelines.
- Load and unload vehicles using both mechanical means and manual labor.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and utilize IT systems for stock movements.
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse operatives.
- Drive Fork Lift Truck as required for efficient warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards across the warehouse and yard.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and fulfill stock requests to prevent shortages.
- Conduct daily stock counts and maintain accurate stock control and reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and yard at all times.

- Good organisational skills

- Able to prioritise activities
- Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using IT systems and comfortable with paperwork and documentation.
- Valid Fork Lift Truck license is desirable.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
