Multi Skilled Trades Person

We are a small developer/contractor looking to work with a multi-skilled trades person, with core skills in bricklaying and or carpenty.

We work on a variety of commercial and domestic sites on projects ranging from new build, extensions to refurbishments and commercial fit-outs.

For this role, we are looking for someone to take the lead on our brickwork and carpentry requirements and ideally with associated ability in the likes of groundworks and underground drainage too.

its favorable for the role if the applicant has other areas of skills that can be transferred to other sites/areas of site when brickwork or carpentry isnt required. Favorable skills such as plastering, tiling, plumbing - but this isn't essential

We are looking to someone to join us on either on a full-time or part-time basis depending on skill sets and your own requirements too.

Initially, contact would be via CIS scheme, so CIS registration is essential. It would also be beneficial if you had your own means of transport and basic tools for day-to-day jobs, although we can look at a van and tools as things move forward.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £120.00-£200.00 per day
