Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various tasks in the construction sector, including plumbing, carpentry, and minor brickwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake basic plumbing tasks, including installation and maintenance of plumbing systems
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks, including hanging doors, skirting, and flooring
  • Conduct minor brickwork tasks, including pointing and repointing
  • Seal and apply silicone to various surfaces
  • Carry out snagging works to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Log works via PDA and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with customers, clients, and staff to ensure effective communication

Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £30,000 - £32,000
  • Callout OTE: £2,500 - £3,000
  • Additional overtime available

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Core trade qualification advantageous but not essential
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
