Fraser Edwards Recruitment is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Plumber Multi Trade Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and multi-trade skills, with experience in working on domestic properties.
- Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various plumbing and maintenance tasks, including 1st, 2nd, and final fix of all plumbing on domestic properties, providing reactive maintenance of properties and communal areas, fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification, and completing plumbing installations and associated works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 1st, 2nd, and final fix of all plumbing on domestic properties, including showers, baths, toilets, and leaks.
- Provide reactive maintenance of properties and communal areas.
- Fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.
- Complete plumbing installations and associated works.
- Use a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Company Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- Callout Overtime: £2,500 - £3,000 per annum.
- Additional Overtime Available: Opportunities for extra hours to increase earnings.

Candidate Requirements:
- A full UK driver's license.
- A plumbing bias.
- A core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a building or multi-trade environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- 40 hours per week.
- Lunch break.
