As the HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing expert HR guidance and advice to support a dedicated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
