**Marketing Manager**:
The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience, driving lead generation, and supporting the Sales team with specific customer projects. In this position, the successful applicant will have several key responsibilities.

Firstly, they will be responsible for managing the Franke brand. This involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Franke brand, enhance its visibility, and increase brand recognition. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Secondly, the Marketing Manager will oversee marketing communications. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communications plan that includes various channels such as advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media. This involves creating engaging content, managing marketing budgets, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager will lead the launch of the new brand, Dalla Corte, in the UK market. They will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to successfully introduce Dalla Corte to the target audience. This includes conducting market research, identifying key marketing opportunities, and developing marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales.

Finally, the understanding of B2B marketing is essential for this role. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales team to support their efforts in generating leads and closing deals. They will collaborate on specific customer projects, develop marketing materials tailored to the B2B audience, and create targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential business customers.

Overall, the Marketing Manager is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, driving lead generation, managing the Franke brand, running marketing communications, and leading the launch of the new brand, Dalla Corte, in the UK market. They will utilize their understanding of B2B marketing to effectively support the Sales team and achieve business objectives.

**Your tasks**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the local Marketing and Communications Strategy based on the Division Marketing and Brand Strategy. Your role will involve a hands-on approach to various Marketing Communication activities, including trade shows, PR, in-person or virtual events, advertising, and content management for web and social media platforms.

You will have digital marketing responsibilities, including managing, maintaining, and enhancing the local website. You will also be responsible for building leads and managing targeted local digital marketing activities, such as lead generation and nurture campaigns. This will involve utilizing tools like Pardot and Salesforce CRM in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team.

Collaboration with the Global Marketing Teams in Switzerland and Italy is a crucial aspect of your role. You will work closely with them to align local strategies with global objectives and initiatives. Additionally, you will develop customer-specific strategies for select large accounts to enhance their overall experience with Franke. This will involve partnering with sales leaders to develop a strategic plan, custom sales presentations, and customer-specific promotions aimed at driving growth.

Building up local market insights and intelligence will be an important part of your responsibilities. This input will help inform business strategy and decision-making. You will also be responsible for building and fostering a network of industry influencers, including designers, consultants, baristas, the culinary community, and key route-to-market partners. Leveraging this network, you will aim to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. As a brand ambassador, you will represent the company at key industry events, leading insi
