We live for the feeling being footsteps from the right beach can bring and reflect this in everything we do. We’re an award-winning agency, with record bookings for the coming year and a growing business, operating from brand new, custom-built offices at Newquay Aerohub.
We’re looking for someone to join our owner services team and help our owners, ensuring holiday letting is a smooth and successful experience. It’s a small, friendly team with lots of support and help, regular excuses for cake in the office, and an opportunity for personal growth in a thriving environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the safety certification for each property is up to date, as well as organising ongoing renewals.
- Arranging annual appointments for tradesmen to visit the properties.
- To carry out office admin tasks such as logging invoices and owner recharges.
- To assist in visiting and the completion of annual property inspections across the portfolio to ensure high standards of property presentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our owners, dealing with enquiries and requests quickly and professionally.
- Process owner bookings and requests.
- Communicate with the other departments such as Reservations and Property Services to ensure owner enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Assist in the on-boarding of new properties.
- Participate in the on-call rota for out of hours cover.
**Essential experience**:
- English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent)
- Experience in a customer administration or customer service role
- Working knowledge or qualifications in computer programmes including Word, Excel, Outlook and confidence in using technology on a daily basis
- Full clean valid driving licence
**Key Skills required**:
- Previous work experience within a property or hospitality environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Confidence in dealing with owners in an efficient, calm, and positive manner
