**Play a key role in one of Northrup Grumman UK’s largest programmes**

In this role you will be supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver a complex engineering system across all phases of the project lifecycle.

**Your** Responsibilities**:

- Support the Project Management team and providing effective general administrative and secretarial support
- On-boarding and off-boarding of team members
- Calendar and diary management for elements of project team
- Scheduling regular stakeholder meetings, taking minutes, capturing actions and decisions
- Follow up on outstanding actions from key meetings
- Control formal transmission of documentation transmission and receipt

**Your Experience**:

- Able to maintain a professional and confident approach at all times
- Proactive and able to think ahead to anticipate issues, manage own workload and able to use initiative and make necessary decisions
- Have the ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external resources
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and effective at all times whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace and pick up new tasks with ease
