HR Data Analyst - Quality Assurance
Liverpool, Merseyside - Hybrid
Full time - Permanent Role £35 - 40k
As the HR Analyst, you will develop and produce standard monthly reports for HR and the wider business, as well as responding to bespoke data requests. Data presentation and analysis are key elements of the role and you will monitor and perform regular auditsacross the various HR teams to ensure the integrity of the data.
You will provide insightful data through interpreting complex data and identifying trends as well as reviewing HR processes and procedures to ensure the information is accurate, informative and will assist in resolving HR related issues.
You will be involved in key HR strategic topics such as gender pay gap, reporting, pay and reward benchmarking and analysis, general HR metrics such as starters/leavers, recruitment trends and activities. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholdersacross the business, in particular the HR Business Partners and other HR Leaders across the UK.
This HR Analyst job is a varied and busy role, with the potential to grow and develop as the organisation and HR department expand.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- You will be experienced in working with systems and data, ideally from an HR background, although this is not essential.
- It is important that you have strong data manipulation and reporting experience, using excel.
- You will have strong team working skills, be a good communicator and able to build relationships quickly.
- You can work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands.
- You have an eye for detail, a logical approach, and the drive to complete a task/project to a high-quality standard.
- You are self-motivated, well organised and can work with minimum supervision
- You are solution focused, with a proactive approach and 'can do’ attitude
- You are a strong and proactive communicator both written and verbal
- You are highly confident in working with standard office software such as Microsoft Office and have strong skills in Excel and Word.
**Desirable but not essential**:
- You have experience of working within the HR function.
- You have worked within a shared service environment.
- You have experience of working with HR Information Systems and Shared Services tools such as Case Management, telephony, electronic document management systems. Oracle experience would be an advantage.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
