Elevation Procurement and Supply Chain are excited to be working with a leading provider of specialty metals, alloys and materials. The business is looking for a Scheduler to join their busy Procurement team; you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, resources, and information to ensure timely and efficient procurement and delivery processes.

As Scheduler, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Production scheduling
- Supplier coordination
- Inventory Management
- Order processing
- Transportation and logistics coordination
- Risk management
- Data analysis and reporting
- Communication and collaboration
- Continuous improvement
- Compliance and documentation

Key skills of the Scheduler:

- Minimum of three years’ experience in production scheduling/control in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level)
- Effective troubleshooting, problem solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a structured manner and react to changes quickly and effectively
- Experience of a KPI driven working environment

Overall, the Scheduler plays a crucial role in effectively managing schedules, coordinating activities, and contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of the procurement and supply chain operations.
