Appointment Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure appointments align with business goals
- Utilize CRM software to track appointments and client interactions
- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote appointment scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Ability to use appointment scheduling software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your language skills and communication abilities to help coordinate appointments effectively.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
