**Responsibilities**:
**We are looking for a Branch Coordinator to join our fabulous team in High Wycombe. This is a full time role, Mon
- Fri, 09:00-17:00.**
- **_ Diary Management_** - manage (multiple) hearing aid dispenser diaries effectively and maximise appointment potential.
- **_ Administration_** - to maintain confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software. To comply with GDPR regulations. Maintain accurate reporting information, e.g. for stock. General administration duties.
- **_ Sales_**- take the initiative to promote the Wellness programme, sell accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers.
- **_ Presentation_** _of branch and self_ - Ensure that the branch is presented to brand standards - this includes presentation of branch literature and cleaning to a hygienic standard.
