We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic and results driven individual to join our compassionate and innovative team within the Service as the
**Volunteer, Peer Mentor and Service User Involvement Team Leader**.

**Responsibilities**:
The role aims to empower our volunteers and people who use the service to reach their full potential. No two days are the same so being flexible, able to manage multiple tasks and workstreams are key.

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds and making a difference to their lives.

Some of the workstreams and skills included with this role are:

- Recruitment, selection, training, support and coordination of volunteers
- Supporting the intergration within our local communities
- Empowering service users to be involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of the service to support the service to be the best it can be
- Coordinating and leading the Recovery Support team and coordinating and supporting the development of recovery communities across Tameside.
- Communication at all levels
- Leadership
