**Location - Reading (hybrid - 3 days in office)**
**Contract Length - 6 Months**
**Rate - TBC**
**Start Date - ASAP**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support with HR Administration tasks for the supported Counties
- Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
- Deliver a high-quality employee experience
- Collaborate with other HRSS team members and other HR contacts (HRBP, CoE´s, Talent Acquisition, etc.) depending on the topic
**Education and Experience**:
- First experience in HR operations or shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisations or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
**Skills**:
- Fluent English and French (written and oral) Any European language would be a bonus
- MS Word knowledge/experience preferred
- Organised and detailed orientated
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service skill
