The Payroll and HR Coordinator helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by assisting the people service centre team to ensure that the HR department is run accurately and supporting the business and employees through the timely and consistent completion of quality first line transactional HR and payroll activity. The role will provide a professional, high quality HR and payroll support to colleagues, employees and managers.

This role will be based on site at our Reading Hub office, working closely with a team of HR professionals. You’ll be working 35 hours per week, worked 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Essential**
- GCSE in Maths and English at grade C or equivalent. (QCF level 2 / SQCF level 5)
- Proven history of ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Admin and customer service.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data protection principles to ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capable of working under pressure using own initiative and as a team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- High levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Drive towards continuous improvement of processes and working practices.
