**Part Time Reception and Facilities **opportunity working for a **great employer** in **Harrogate.**

**Role Details**:

- **£13.33 - £13.85/hour (£26K - £27K FTE)**:

- Part Time - Permanent, (Monday to Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm, Thurs and Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm = 30.5 hours/week)**. **Flexibility to cover holiday would be ideal but not an essential.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, (pro rata)

**Job Role**:
Part time Reception and Facilities perform a range of duties to ensure an efficient and coordinated approach to delivering a great service to clients and colleagues. Key duties include:
Manning the reception desk, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments, answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Accept and distributing deliveries and post, arranging couriers.
- Act as chief fire marshal and organise training for fire marshals and first aiders.
- Maintain the meeting room diary. Assist with booking meeting rooms and providing.
- Monitor levels of all office supplies and stationery, replenishing as necessary.
- Liaise with utility providers to ensure accurate charges for utilities to the office and ensure all invoices relating to the running of the office are sent to Finance for payment.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, shredding, catering and security services when necessary and arrange with local tradespeople if jobs are required.
- Liaise with the intruder alarm and door entry companies when there are issues.
- Assist with organising social and team building events.
- Assisting HR team with new joiner inductions i.e., welcoming new joiner when they arrive, office walk around, introducing new joiner to team and manager.

**Part Time Reception and Facilities Specification**:

- Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be honest, self-motivated, reliable.
- Be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate and articulate well both verbal and written.
- Be flexible, adaptable and professional in their approach to work.
