The Inspiration Trust is looking for a committed sports enthusiast to support the Trust Sports Coordinator in the development and delivery of sports and enrichment across the Trust. The work will be fun, varied and exciting and will allow the postholder to gain experience and knowledge to potentially further their career in teaching/coaching or life in general.

**The main responsibility of the role will be**:
The postholder will support the development and implementation of the Trust basketball academy.

Support and provide capacity to Norwich-based schools with lunchtime, after school and enrichment programmes.

Facilitate pupils participating in sports to work towards achieving their full potential.

A degree (or equivalent) in sport or Physical Education.

Basketball England - Coach Level 2.

Experience of planning and delivery of sport sessions to 4-19 age range.

Experience of development of sport training programmes.

Knowledge and experience of elite level basketball.
