Commercial Lead Quantity Surveyor

Reed Engineering are proud to represent a global leader in mechanised tunnelling equipment and support services for construction projects around the world. They have a great opportunity for an intermediate-level commercial/quantity surveyor to assist withcoverage of our UK operations including HS2 and Silvertown crossing plus many more.

Key Responsibilities:

- As the commercial lead, you will be supporting the project team in all contractual and commercial matters, liaising with site teams and taking the lead with contract administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of valuationsand making sure cash flow is maximised.
- A key part of the role will be assisting with internal valuations and forecasts, preparing accurate and timely monthly valuation reports and organising the procurement and management of subcontract packages.
- The role will involve in-person site meetings with clients and project teams approximately 2-3 days per week and a hybrid role with travelling throughout the UK is envisaged.

The role is full-time, and remuneration will depend on experience. Additionally, benefits include, a company car, all expenses travelling, company pension, Work from home, a Yearly bonus
