Quality Governance Support

The main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support for all aspects of quality governance. Including;
Reporting from systems/collating data to go into reports

Reviewing the quality of Datix Incidents to ensure robust action taken

Collating, anonymising and checking evidence for regulatory inspections

Supporting regular activity for audit and NICE clinical guidelines

Administration for all aspects of patient safety investigations and reviews

Working with key stakeholders and staff across the Division

Divisional Quality Governance Team based in MK but with opportunities to travel across our Division

The post holder will be required to work across all aspects of Quality Governance, reporting to the Quality Governance Manager.
