**About the role**

As part of a team of contract specialists, you will work in conjunction with our broking and client service teams to ensure contract certainty for our clients, delivering first-class service. You will be keen to understand the mechanisms of wordings - the structure and content of reinsurance coverage documents, our business, and the reinsurance industry.

You will learn to formulate reinsurance legal contracts with structured learning and on-the-job training, enabling you to structure and refine contracts, leverage insights into recommendations, and gain exposure to a diverse range of reinsurance specialisms.

**About you**
- A Levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
- Technology/systems -savvy
- Studious
- Ability to deal with multiple deadlines
- An analytical mindset - driven to understand and leverage insights
- Excellent attention to detail, and an interest in the mechanics of reinsurance, policies and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- able to impactfully communicate with stakeholders in both formal and informal situations
- Commercially astute - able to quickly interpret commercial challenges and driven to find solutions for our clients
- Drive to learn - with a work ethic of continual improvement and excellent service
- Personable - able to build effective and positive relationships, and communicate with a range of stakeholders
