**KEY TASKS**
- Answering the telephone / transferring calls / taking messages
- Completing a customer enquiry form whilst on the phone
- Referring customer enquiries and queries to underwriters
- Consulting with underwriters and referring to customers for additional information
- Data entry - input the information gathered into the computer to produce documents
- Taking accurate credit / debit card details over the telephone

**GENERAL TASKS**
- Updating spreadsheets / record keeping
- Internet research / class & type of boats / moorings/ locations
- Filing
- Assisting other team members

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
