Greenways is a 16-bed residential care home in Pinner in the London Borough of Harrow, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health issues and complex care needs to live their best life

The individuals we support at Greenways love socialising with peers They love dancing and cooking and getting messy with arts and crafts. They love baking with chocolate and love eating it too They take part yearly in an easter egg hunt orchestrated by one of our wonderful staff members

**About The Role**:

Our dedicated support teams empower individuals to overcome any obstacles and live the life they choose.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins
