A unique opportunity has arisen for someone to join us on a part-time basis initially as dental receptionist with the plan to grow both in days and career to become practice manager. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

We are recruiting initially for two days a week (one must be a Wednesday).

Thorough training will be provided.

**Overall role**
- To deliver the kind of welcome our patients and team expect, in line with brand standards and legal requirements
- To ensure the reception operation runs smoothly and efficiently
- To assist the business to grow and attract new patients by engaging prospective patients in a welcoming and informative manner
- To act as a champion and a positive point of contact for everyone in the business
- To direct the journey of patients effectively and efficiently throughout the practice

- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, telephone) - the ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Dental Nurse/ Receptionist: 2 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pinner, HA5 2AA: Relocate before starting work (required)
