We are seeking a motivated, quick learner to join our team and assist manning our Reception and Sales Office at Firs Caravan Park. It is wide and varied role dealing with repair requests, function hall bookings, caravan holiday home sales negotiations, admin support and many more.

The hours are Thursday & Friday 9-5 and 10-4 Weekends. A total of 24 per week. The ability to work extra hours to cover holiday periods or sickness would be helpful but not essential.

Sample of Duties:

- Caravan sales enquiries, showings and negotiations.
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies and inventory**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, lone working and as part of a team
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is desired

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
