Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to quality standards
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any inquiries or special requests
- Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and work areas
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as required
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Proficient in basic maths for order taking and bill handling
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving etiquette and order flow
- Familiarity with kitchen procedures to facilitate effective communication with chefs
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £7.71-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
