**At voco Grand Central Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Breakfast Team Member**

We are looking for someone who can commit to Part-Time, across 1 to 2 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. At voco Hotels we are reliably different, the trusted name above the door but with a distinctive character. We are paying £10.90 per hour plus service charge, all hours worked paid for.

As a Breakfast Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting our guests with a friendly and warm welcome, seating them for breakfast, explaining our breakfast concept to them and taking hot drink orders. You will also make sure that our breakfast station is kept clean and organised at all times, working closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent breakfast service to our guests and consistently improving our breakfast scores. To thrive in this role, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

- Experience as a waiter/waitress or server ideally in a 4 or 5* Hotel
- An eye for detail - you will make sure our breakfast service is up to voco standards
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Overall, you will be willing to work in a team to consistently improve our breakfast scores and make sure our guests are always attended to
