**voco Grand Central Hotel are looking for our next Breakfast Team Member (Part-Time) to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests**

As a Breakfast Team Member, your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting our guests with a friendly and warm welcome, seating them for breakfast, explaining our breakfast concept to them and taking hot drink orders. You will also make sure that our breakfast station is kept clean and organised at all times, working closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent breakfast service to our guests and consistently improving our breakfast scores.

**We are looking for someone who has **
- Availability to work 8 hours (1 shift) per week, starting as early as 5am. Weekend availability is essential for this role.
- Experience as a waiter/waitress or server ideally in a 4 or 5* Hotel
- An eye for detail - you will make sure our breakfast service is up to voco standards
- An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service. You will be someone who enjoys to showcase your personality and your ability to be a host to our guests, providing them with a laid-back stay
- An interest in our environment and sustainability - we are characterised by innovation and finding ways to become more sustainable
- Overall, ready to work in our voco team and provide our guests with a warm Glasgow welcome

**Being a host at voco, we offer you the following benefits**
