**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a Senior Content Designer to plan and lead the Content Design discipline. This role is part of the design community in our digital delivery team, which consists of content designers, interaction designers and service designers. The role reports directly to the Head of Design.

The postholder will also lead content design processes within larger agile, multi-disciplinary teams, and on our more complex services to help deliver content that makes it easier for a user to understand and access our services.

As a Senior Content Designer, you will:

- Set the content strategy for our websites and transactional services.
- Set content standards and be responsible for improving content quality on our websites.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team to design, write and iterate content to meet user needs.
- Write and map user stories.
