Pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K. The Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire, and East Anglia.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy holiday park based at Lakesway Holiday Park to assist with various reception duties.

**Duties will include**:

- Liaising with park teams, to provide the best holiday experience for our guests
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Reception duties, resolving owner queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries
- Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well
- Processing payments
- To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required
- Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices
- Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times

Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role

**Key Requirements and Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage.
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good time management,
- Great customer service skills
- Computer literate
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Dependability
