**Your role**

You’ll primarily support our training officers at your local hub to deliver foundation-level theoretical and practical law enforcement skills to help them disrupt crime and keep communities safe.
As a Training Delivery Manager, you will be supported by a Senior Training Delivery Manager to:

- Manage, develop, coach and lead a team of Trainers at your local hub
- Liaise with operational management teams in the planning and delivery of a range of training programmes to meet UK priorities
- Monitor and record team performance, attendance and encourage good practice throughout the wider learning community
- Plan and manage resources to ensure your team’s training events meet demand and changing priorities effectively
- Produce daily statistics to aid efficient planning of resources, teams and any additional support required
- Collaborate with the wider Learning and Development community and national peer networks to support cultural and business transformation
- Work with different departments and stakeholders to effectively support delegates in their learning journey
- Continuously improve training programmes by identifying risks and offering suitable solutions

**What you can bring**Learning and development experience, through formal or informal delivery of learning or training programmes would be useful, but not essential in this role
