**How you can make your mark**

Make your mark as Supply Chain Administrator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. Supporting both the Procurement and Subcontracts teams, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Supplier related information within the Company ERP and Vendor Management systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising overhead purchase order commitments and support administration activities for both procurement and subcontracts.

**Y**our responsibilities** as Supply Chain Administrator**
- Assisting the Procurement Team with managing, monitoring and general housekeeping for the company ERP system, ensuring supplier data is correct and current
- Creating new Supplier records within the ERP system and ongoing administration of key supplier information
- Creating and ongoing maintenance of supplier parts in the ERP system, undertaking weekly audit/spot checks and data cleansing as required
- Creation of part numbers in the ERP system to allow PO’s to be raised
- Actively maintaining all Supplier parts information in the ERP system
- Creating Supplier records in Vendorlink and issuing Vendorlink Assessment Questionnaires to Suppliers
- Managing direct contractor call offs and register
- Liaising with key personnel within the business to support assigned administrative tasks

You can make your mark as Supply Chain Administrator** **if you have:

- Relevant administrative experience, preferably gained in a subsea/oil and gas environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English language
- Ability to manage a busy, varied workload, displaying a high level of accuracy
- Strong IT skills, competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages

**Extra information**
- Your team: Working as part of the Procurement and Subcontracts teams, you will report to the Procurement Manager.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our campus in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days a week if you wish - Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory days in the office.
- Fulltime job: The position of Supply Chain Administrator** **is full time, 35 hours per week.
