**What you will be doing**:
The People ERP Implementation Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and deployment of the University’s Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) by providing a wide range of administrative and technical project support for the implementation of the ERP project.

The post holder will support the ERP Implementation Project Manager with the development of project planning, co-ordination, and collation of activities, liaising with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams, and assisting in producing project updates, and training modules for end-users.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- To assist in the development of the ERP project plan, mapping out key activities, timelines, and key milestones.
- Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and services, including external system provider to ensure collaboration and success of the project.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all team members are aligned with the implementation process.
- To coordinate activities as required in line with the project plan, to ensure the project remains on track, highlighting any upcoming key milestones and deadlines.
- To remain abreast of project key deliverables and timelines to keep on track, highlighting any risks or issues
- Support the facilitation and engagement of key stakeholders in the process mapping activities, identifying systems that interlink for interdependencies.
- Generate regular reports on the progress of the implementation process.
- Assist with the thorough testing of functionality prior to the formal ‘go live’ date and report any identified issues or bugs and work with the Project Team to address them.
- Assist in the development of technical and training manuals, including supporting the delivery of training for end users on how to effectively use the new system.

**Qualifications/ experience**:

- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
- Experience with People systems or software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coordination of projects relating to systems and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.Positive can-do attitude, solution focused.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
