We have two exciting opportunities for Marketing Co-ordinator’s to join the Brand & Communications Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

The Brand & Communications team sits within our wider Customer Experience team. It’s a fast-paced team with plenty of opportunities to work across the team and business and get involved with different projects along-side your day to day duties. As a Brand and Communications team, it’s our job to tell the amazing story about what we do and why it’s so important to our customers. Our purpose is to drive brilliant customer engagement as well as help build and protect our brand.

As our Marketing Co-ordinator you will communicate and engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders and build trusting relationships that keeps the company relevant giving us the freedom to operate and achieve the company ambition - A thriving Yorkshire. Right for customers. Right for the environment. It is a key role in the team to support and help deliver key projects internally and externally.

**You will -**
- Support the Brand and Marketing team and other colleagues to meet business objectives via our behavioural change communication campaigns
- Support the business with any brand/marketing needs they have and work closely with communications/design agencies that we are working alongside
- Support the Brand Team with research, costs, invoicing
- Be a point of contact for colleagues across the business to discuss their requirements for branded collateral and help them with a brief to external agencies where necessary
- Manage the photo library, commission new photography and help ensure photographs used across the business are consistent with Brand Guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency in any communication campaigns across the business
- Approve artwork, brand collateral and manage progress with agencies, partners and colleagues
- Provide print support on campaign collateral, obtaining print costs and liaising with agency and printers
- Support with audience insight and campaign measurement
- Support with reporting on our weekly, monthly and quarterly key measures
- Organise external customer engagement events in line with campaign strategies

It is important in this role that you keep ahead of new developments in the world of brand and marketing by attending regular conferences, or working with agencies - sharing best practice with the team and business, making recommendations of how to utilise new findings.

**What skills & qualifications you will need**:

- Passionate about brand and marketing and keen to develop new skills
- A personable team player who can develop and maintain great relationships internally and externally
- Organised - keeping yourself organised as well as helping the team stay organised is a must
- Ability to take decisions on prioritising workload to meet deadlines and make sure we’re focusing on the right things at the right time
- Confident in using a range of IT systems - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to liaise with colleagues at different levels in different areas of the business
- Ability to take the initiative and be proactive, not afraid to share new plans and ideas on how we can improve things or do things differently
- Keen eye for detail particularly when approving artwork and copy for marketing materials Able to work independently and support and contribute to a team

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with external agencies including print and design agencies and have been in a similar in-house communication/marketing role. With knowledge of marketing, brand management and multi-channel communications and experience of audience insight and channel evaluation.
