**The Role**
We’re recruiting for a **Senior Project Support Officer **here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Strategic Initiatives team.
You will form part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the delivery of a range of outcomes in support of the wider Technology Services teams. You will play a key role within the team whose deliverables include;
- Identifying and documenting existing and future Technology, Service and Security landscapes and Strategies
- Identifying and preparing market ready requirements
- The development of Business Cases
- Supporting Commercial and Financial processes
- Supporting Service Design and Architecture
- The Transition of services from supplier to supplier or in-house
- Deployment of technology or services across the MoJ estate
- Exiting of services from incumbent suppliers
- Tracking and reporting on Finance forecast and spend
- Business and Stakeholder engagement and communication

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support including budgets, Risk and Issue management
- Support with project planning activities and the maintaining of plans
- Develop presentations and other supporting documentation
- Analyse data to inform and collate reports, and present information tailored to the audience
- Provide administrative support at meetings including taking minutes and tracking and following up on actions
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, workshops, and appointments
- Lead preparations for meetings and events
- Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

**Person Specification**
**Essential**
- A working understanding of Project Management.
- Strong communication, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience working with a range of key stakeholders, building effective working relationships both inside and outside of the organisation.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to deliver at pace.
- IT literate with good working knowledge Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prior experience in a support or administrative role; for example project support officer, diary manager, executive assistant, PA, office manager.
Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance.
