We are currently seeking fun and dedicated **Hotel Bar Assistants** to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our vibrant and exciting atmosphere.

This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. We have various shifts available across the week, including weekends. As this role is based in the hotel, shifts available include early mornings and late evenings

The ingredients for success
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old (legal requirement for serving alcohol).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.44 per hour
